
Lolita's Legacy Program is internationally recognized and meets the requirements of professional standards as defined by the Pilates Method Alliance for Pilates Teacher Training. Passing the test is an esteemed 'passport' to teach anywhere in the world.
To complete the Legacy curriculum each System will need to be completed to test out. The core program is done is complete and integrated rather than segmented into parts.
Do I need to be an advanced practitioner to apply?
No, but applicants should have a consistent Pilates practice and a serious interest in learning the method deeply.
Is this program suitable if I don't want to teach?
Possibly. Some applicants begin with a desire to deepen their understanding and become more certain about teaching over time. That said, the program is designed for those who are genuinely considering a teaching path.
Can I teach with pre-existing injuries?
Yes - to test out you need to be able to teach the movements effectively even if you can't do them yourself.
